My Road Trip to Charlevoix – La Grande Ferme – Hidden Gem in Ste Anne de Beauprè
Last Friday, we left home around noon and decided to visit the Charlevoix area.
We re-discovered Ste Anne de Beaupré, Baie St Paul and Île aux Coudres.
In this blog, I will share with you a hidden gem in Ste Anne area – La Grand Ferme.

As a tour guide, I visited Ste Anne de Beaupré many times. Maybe 10-20 times per year.
But I have never been here, a place called – La Grand Ferme.
The very first grand farm in Canada during the New France period. They offer a guided tour, delicious local homemade comfort food. And the amazing view of Mont Ste Anne and Île d’Oreléans.

This big boy shows you how people cook back to 200 years ago.

Their kitchen. We bought some pea soup and strawberry pie.

Vintage Décor inside of the farmhouse.

Educational activities for kids and adults.

Local artisans.

Group dinner table.

Picnic tables and playground for kids.

The peaceful atmosphere surrounding the farm.

Farmer, horse?

A great stop during your road trip to Charlevoix.
